Do I need a web designer or developer to set this up?
Not at all. We give you a single line of copy-and-paste code that works on any website builder — including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow. Don't feel comfortable adding it yourself? Drop us a message and our support team will install it on your site, free of charge.
Can I use this if I don't have a website yet?
Yes, absolutely. Alongside the embed code you get a unique standalone web link for your own designer page. Link to it from your Facebook page button, paste it into your Instagram bio, or send it over WhatsApp to anyone who asks you for a price.
How does the free plan and billing work?
Signing up is completely free — just your name, email and a password. No card, no trial clock, no charge. On the free plan you can view 3 new customer quote requests each month (they reset on the 1st), and quoting from your own dashboard is always unlimited. When you're ready for unlimited leads, upgrade to Pro at £49.99/month from your account page. Upgrades are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
What happens if I go over 3 quote requests in a month?
Your designer never switches off — customers can always submit as many quote requests as they like, on every plan. Extra requests beyond your 3 monthly views simply arrive locked: you can still see what products the customer designed, but their contact details stay hidden until you unlock the lead with next month's credits or upgrade to Pro. Nothing is ever lost, and you'll never leave a customer unable to reach you.
Am I tied into a long-term contract?
No. The free plan is free forever, and Pro is a rolling month-to-month subscription. There are no tie-ins, no setup fees and no cancellation penalties. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel straight from your account dashboard whenever you like — if you cancel Pro you simply drop back to the free plan.
What products can my customers design?
